Hi, I’m Halle, a certified holistic nutritional health coach and yoga instructor passionate about helping busy people create sustainable, balanced lifestyles. My approach is all about nourishing your body, calming your mind, and empowering you to feel your best — inside and out. But my journey to holistic wellness didn’t happen overnight.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me flowing on my yoga mat, trying out new nourishing recipes, or spending time in nature. Movement and mindfulness are a huge part of my life, and I love incorporating them into my daily routine to stay grounded and energized. I’m also passionate about creating a supportive community where women feel empowered to take ownership of their health and celebrate every step of their journey.

As a holistic health coach, I help women trust their instincts, decode their bodies, and build a wellness path that’s uniquely theirs — because true alignment and empowerment come from within.

My Journey to Holistic Health

I was born and raised in New Jersey and went on to earn my degree in economics from Tulane University. After graduation, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue a fast-paced career in a high-stress, high-demand environment. Like many women, I poured my energy into my work, often sacrificing my own well-being in the process. I was constantly exhausted, running on empty, and struggling to find the time — or the energy — to care for myself.

That’s when I knew something had to change.

I decided to work with a health coach, and it was one of the most transformative decisions I’ve ever made. She didn’t just hand me a meal plan or a set of rules to follow — she supported me in finding balance. With her guidance, I learned how to nourish my body, manage my stress, and implement realistic, sustainable habits into my daily routine. For the first time in years, I felt energized, clear-headed, and truly aligned with my well-being.

It was through this experience that I discovered my own passion for holistic health. I realized how powerful it is to have someone in your corner — someone who believes in your potential, listens to your needs, and helps you take actionable steps toward your goals. That’s when I knew I wanted to become that source of support for others.



My Certifications and Approach

I earned my Holistic Health Coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2021. My education equipped me with a deep understanding of integrative nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. But my learning didn’t stop there. I also completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, which further deepened my appreciation for mindful movement, stress management, and the importance of body awareness.

In my coaching practice, I blend evidence-based nutrition strategies with mindful movement, mindset work, and sustainable habit-building. I believe that health isn’t just about the food on your plate — it’s also about how you care for yourself, manage your stress, and show up for your own well-being.
