The Process

Step 1: Initial Consultation

We start with a free, no-pressure consultation to get to know each other. This is where we explore your current challenges, intentions, and overall wellness goals—while also making sure we're a good fit to work together.

Step 2: Goal Setting & Clarity

Once you're ready to move forward, we get clear on your top health goals. Whether it's boosting energy, healing your relationship with food, or creating a sustainable routine—you’ll leave this phase with a focused, aligned roadmap.

Step 3: Personalized 6-Month Program

We’ll work together 1:1 over six months, with regular sessions designed to support your unique needs. Your plan will include holistic nutrition guidance, mindful movement practices, and lifestyle routines tailored just for you.

Step 4: Whole-Person Support

Beyond food and fitness, we’ll dive into mindset, habits, and anything else that may be holding you back. I’ll guide you with tools, resources, and accountability so that your transformation feels empowering—not overwhelming.

Step 5: Sustainable Transformation

By the end of our time together, you’ll have built strong foundations to carry you forward—feeling confident, connected to your body, and equipped to maintain your progress with joy and ease.
